We created Pacaso to deliver on one clear, compelling mission: Enrich lives by making second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people.

Pacaso (pronounced like "Picasso”) creates a more accessible category of second home ownership. We've built a marketplace around the longstanding practice of co-owning a second home through an LLC, while reducing the cost and hassle of ownership.
Pacaso manages the property and uses proprietary technology to make scheduling easy. Pacaso was founded by seasoned real estate executives, including Co-founder and former CEO of Zillow Spencer Rascoff, and Founder and former CEO of dotloop Austin Allison.
