Every member of our community owns an iconic $5M+ vacation home in a highly desirable location, worldwide.

There is a one-time fee of $100,000, providing 10 years of exclusive access.

    Membership is by invitation only, with every owner and home carefully vetted for design, location, management, and lifestyle fit.

    showcase your home

    We partner with your property manager to showcase your home through professional photography, a unique story, on-site insights and seamless management integration.

    exchange with ease

    Offer a minimum of 14 days (2 stays) to start swapping, and browse hundreds of luxury vacation homes on a rolling 24-month calendar.

    • Initiate a swap with another owner for mutually agreed upon dates, or
    • Earn a credit for hosting a stay, and reserve a stay in another home
