Join by invitation
Membership in Pacaso Global Swap is by invitation only, extended by our team or through referral from an existing member.
Every member and home is vetted for design, location, management, and lifestyle fit.
Showcase your home
We work with your property manager to present your home at its best:
- Professional photography
- Unique home story
- On-site visit
- Property management and concierge services integration
Swap with ease
Offer a minimum of 14 days (2 stays) to start swapping, and browse hundreds of luxury vacation homes on a rolling 24-month calendar:
- Initiate a swap with another member on mutually agreed upon dates; or
- Earn a credit for hosting a stay, and reserve a stay in another home
A nominal fee plus cleaning is paid for each confirmed swap.

Last year our family did something we’d talked about for ages, we swapped homes with another family. It was simple, a little daring, and totally life-changing. That moment sparked an idea we’ve been quietly building: Pacaso Global Swap, a small, values-aligned circle of friends and like-minded homeowners who open up unused time in their vacation homes to each other.
Think of it as a trusted network where you contribute time in your place and, in return, unlock meaningful, otherwise impossible-to-access homes around the world.
