How Pacaso supports your ownership experience

Owning a Pacaso gives you access to a turnkey property and a professionally managed home. You can expect your home to be beautifully furnished, stocked with household essentials and ready for a comfortable stay — every time you walk through the door.

Proactive maintenance

We take care of your home behind the scenes through a combination of recurring and preventive maintenance and on-the-spot inspections. 

What we provide:

  • Annual and semi-annual inspections of major systems and structures
  • Long-term maintenance plans and scheduled replacement of life-limited items
  • Semi-annual deep cleaning
  • Ongoing seasonal and property maintenance
  • Comprehensive inspection before each stay to identify and resolve any maintenance issues

When you arrive at your home, you should feel completely satisfied with the level of cleanliness and have the supplies you need for a relaxing stay.

What we provide:

Dedicated service

Your local home manager is your singular point of contact for issues or questions regarding the care of your home. 

What we provide:

  • Home-related support is available during your stay, 9am-6pm daily, via phone or text
  • Emergency support after hours through our local property management partners
  • Post-stay survey for additional feedback and suggestions
  • Follow-up communications regarding the status of repairs, supply requests or other home-related issues

Not provided:

  • Concierge or front desk services

Empowered ownership

We want your ownership experience to be as hassle-free as possible. When small issues arise, we’ve equipped you with the basics to take care of them easily.

What we provide:

  • Easy-to-use instruction manuals for home devices (Wi-Fi router, smart home devices, appliances, etc.)
  • Toolbox for basic repairs
  • Extra batteries and lightbulbs for quick replacements 

Responsive to your needs

Should any issues arise during your stay, contact your home manager via call or text, and they will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We also welcome general feedback or suggestions, and we encourage you to leave comments on your post-stay owner survey.
