How Pacaso Access works
With a one-time enrollment fee of $1,000, you’ll be able to:
Purchase and save. When you buy a Pacaso, you’ll receive $2,500 in closing credits per ⅛ share purchased — 2.5x the Pacaso Access program cost. Buyers of ¼ share will receive $5,000 in closing credits, and buyers of ½ share will receive $10,000 in closing credits.
Pre-shop sold homes. Don’t miss your chance to own a sold-out Pacaso that you had your eyes on. Browse and save sold homes, and we’ll send an alert when a share is up for resale so you can take action.
Use our app to save exclusive listings. Once enrolled, download or update the Pacaso app to view listings only available to Pacaso Access buyers and app users.
Get VIP updates. Be in the loop and receive exclusive app and email notifications for new homes, hot listings and sold-out Pacaso homes before website visitors.

Why are you offering the Pacaso Access program?
Hot listings can sell out fast, and resales often sell even faster. Pacaso Access provides an incentive to buyers who want guaranteed savings at closing and the most shopping options. Pacaso Access buyers enjoy a minimum $2,500 closing credit when they purchase with Pacaso and see listings sooner than website visitors.
Can I enroll at any time?
Participants can enroll anytime, but you must be enrolled in the program at least 30 days prior to purchasing a Pacaso to receive the closing cost credit.
After I enroll in Pacaso Access, where do I find the exclusive listings?
Pacaso Access listings are available in our app. Once enrolled, download the Pacaso app, or update your existing Pacaso app to view early access listings and browse recently sold homes.
I am a current owner. Can I retroactively participate in Pacaso Access?
Participants must be enrolled in the program at least 30 days prior to purchasing their Pacaso to receive the closing cost credit. If you plan to buy another Pacaso in the future, as many owners do, you are welcome to participate and take advantage of all the benefits for your next purchase.
I own a Pacaso, but I’m interested in transferring to a different home. Can I opt into Pacaso Access?
Participants must be enrolled in the program at least 30 days prior to purchasing with Pacaso to receive the closing cost credit, and a transfer is not considered a purchase event. If you plan to buy another Pacaso in the future, as many owners do, you are welcome to participate and take advantage of all the benefits for your next purchase.
How long are my Pacaso Access benefits available?
Pacaso Access benefits do not expire — you can take as long as you need to make your home purchase, and you will have access to sold homes, resale alerts and early access homes for the life of the program. The closing cost credit can be applied to one purchase only.
If I decide not to buy a Pacaso second home, is my enrollment fee refundable?
The Pacaso Access enrollment fee is non-refundable, but you can take as long as you need to find the right second home for you.
