What is Infinity, and how does it enhance my ownership?
Infinity by Pacaso is the newest evolution of Global Swap, giving you access to an expanded network of remarkable, highly vetted whole homes in desirable destinations. It adds more choice, more flexibility, and more opportunities to enjoy the world — all while maintaining the same ownership experience and standards you already rely on.
Will these new homes meet the same quality expectations as Pacaso homes?
Absolutely. Every Infinity home undergoes a thorough review of the homeowner, the property, and the property management team. These homes are selected because they meet the elevated bar set for the Pacaso experience, ensuring you can continue to travel and stay with full confidence.
How does Infinity affect my ability to use my home or book stays?
Infinity increases your options. You can still enjoy your Pacaso home just as you do today, and now you’ll have a broader set of destinations available to swap into. More homes in more cities mean more flexibility and more value from the share you already own — without changing how you book or use your time.
Which destinations will be available through Infinity?
Infinity homes are currently being onboarded in exceptional destinations including Mexico City, St. Barts, Napa Valley, New York City, Tuscany, and more. And this is just the start — Infinity will continue to grow, expanding your access to world-class destinations over time.
Can I help expand Infinity or participate with a home I own?
Yes. We’re inviting standout whole-home owners to join the Infinity network. If you own a second home that you think would be an excellent fit — or know someone who does — Pacaso would love to learn more. It’s a unique opportunity to grow the collection and contribute to an even richer travel experience for our owner community.
When can I first swap into an Infinity home?
Pacaso owners will be able to make their first Infinity home swaps beginning in Q1 2026. Please stay tuned for more details soon.
What if I don't want Infinity owners to swap into my home?
Infinity owners, homes, and property managers are vetted extensively to ensure that they are held to the same bar as co-owned homes, so are considered Pacasos for purposes of swap. You can always filter out Infinity homes when you browse for swaps in the app if you would like to only swap with co-owned Pacasos. If you want to host a vote with your ownership group to remove your home from the Swap program, we can support facilitation of this vote; however, there is not an option to vote to remove Infinity homes from the Swap platform for your home as these homes are Pacasos.
How do Swap credits work with Infinity homes?
Infinity homes are coming into the Pacaso swap network in the same way as a co-owned Pacaso, so credits work the same way. Pacaso owners who are holding credits can use their credits on stays in Infinity homes. Share value thresholds still apply for Infinity homes — Infinity home values are evaluated by Pacaso and a relative share value is assigned. Additionally, if Infinity stays are deemed high value, Pacaso's AI-powered model can distribute credits to those owners for those stays.
